El rapero Kayne West parte como máximo favorito con siete nominaciones, entre ellas a Mejor Letra del Año, por “All of the lights”, seguido por la británica Adele, Mars y Foo Fighters, con seis nominaciones.

El Grammy a la Canción del Año correrá a cargo de Adele (“Rolling in the deep”), Bruno Mars (“Grenade”), Mumford & Sons (“The cave”), Katy Perry (“Firework”) y Bon Iver (“Holocene”), Lady Gaga quedó fuera pero podría alzarse con el premio al Mejor Álbum.
